Because sometimes, it’s easier to see the possibilities in someone else’s ideas than it is in our own.

In the early days, we did a little bit of everything, learning and growing as we went. These days, we’re much more intentional.
We focus on what we know works, what sits within our capabilities, and what we can genuinely do well.

And we do it in small doses, giving each project the time, thought and care it deserves.

The skills we bring haven't only come from courses, work or building websites. They've been shaped through our own journey, through creativity, healing, growth, challenge, learning and figuring things out along the way.

Those experiences have taught us to look a little deeper, meet people where they are, and recognise that sometimes an idea just needs the right person beside it to help it grow.

We are here to serve, support and awhi, using what we've learnt along the way to help others bring their own ideas into fruition.
Our Why
It was never really just about business.
CDM has always been about more than building websites, creating content or growing a business.
​
A lot of the work we’ve done within our local community has been given as koha, simply because we could see where our skills might help, and because supporting good people doing good things feels meaningful to us.
​
Somewhere along the way, we realised this journey gives back just as much as we put into it.
Creating gives us purpose. Connecting with people gives us perspective.
Helping someone take an idea that exists in their head and watching it grow into something real reminds us why we started doing this in the first place.

CDM has grown alongside our own journey of healing, learning and finding our way. It has created a space to be creative, to contribute, and to use the things we’ve learnt to awhi others.
So, while CDM might technically appear to be a business, that has never really been our why.

Our why is connection, creativity and contribution, supporting others to flourish, while creating something that helps us flourish too.
